Patsy MacDonald
Patsy brings over 20 years of experience as a Senior Mortgage Broker and Branch Manager with Vancity Credit Union to her role as a licensed Realtor. Her strong financial background, combined with patience and attention to detail, allows her to expertly guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

She is passionate about introducing clients to life on the Sunshine Coast. Outside of real estate, Patsy is an avid runner, artist, and sailor, and she volunteers with the Gibsons Public Art Gallery. Clients value her positive, solutions-focused approach in every situation.

Ed Aiken
Ed’s background in finance began with completing the Canadian Securities Course and working as an investment advisor with Edward Jones. This foundation provides him with valuable perspective on real estate as one of life’s most significant investments.

He began his real estate career in 1996 in Ontario, specializing in residential and investment properties in the Waterloo area. In 2001, he moved to Canmore, Alberta, where he continued to build his expertise in residential sales and commercial real estate.

Ed is passionate about helping clients find the right home and ensuring a smooth, efficient selling experience. After years of visiting the Sunshine Coast, he and his wife—who was born and raised here—chose to make it their permanent home, where they are now raising their two energetic boys.

A strong believer in community involvement, Ed actively volunteers with organizations such as the Roberts Creek Child Care Society, 1st Gibsons Scouts, and Cedar Grove Elementary School. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors—skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, and camping—and is always happy to share his favourite local spots.
