Not only did you sell our house but you went above and beyond by dealing with some rough tenants on our behalf. You helped with the hot water tank when it leaked and the clogged drain which flooded the basement 4 days before closing! You referred us to an notary public to get our documents completed and many more things. You took care of things for us as we don’t live in BC. You always said don’t worry I will take care of it, which you did. It’s truly been a pleasure working with you. You weren’t just a realtor looking to sell our house but a person who genuinely cared for our best interest. What really impressed us was your honesty. They both also have lovely personalities. The last home I had to list with Doris & Phil was an extremely challenging home to sell.
