Phil Moore is extremely unpleasant to work with and will pressure you to sell your home well below what it is worth in order to make a quick sale. He lacks integrity and will collaborate with opposing parties to increase pressure on you instead of representing your interests, as is his fiduciary duty as your agent. Having high sales does not mean he is a good agent, just that he uses unethical tactics. Steer clear at all costs. Doris seems lovely but Phil is the epitome of a greasy, unethical salesman.
