For our latest purchase he spent a lot of time showing us the different areas and prospects within Squamish. He's always open and honest in whether he thinks a property is a good buy, overpriced or if we wouldn't like the area. In the end we found a property in an area we loved which Simon secured through his expertise in marketing prior to it hitting the market. We were able to avoid the hassle of bidding wars/multiple offers for a price we were more than happy with.
The sale of our property was smooth as well as Simon took care of many of the little details often overlooked. At a time when it seemed the condo market had no movement; we were able to sell ours in a couple weeks for what we wanted to get for it.
Ultimately, it's been a pleasure working with Simon over the years and I would hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We bought our place during one of the craziest and competitive markets BC has ever seen. With homes selling well above asking price, with no conditions and literally within days, even hours of being listed, it would have been easy to feel overwhelmed and frustrated. But Simon and his team really helped us navigate this challenging & fast-paced market with ease. They were prompt, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and offered the support and advice we needed to seal the deal.
Simon knows the area extremely well. He can explain the pros and cons of each neighborhood. He knows all the builders and developers and the accompanying workmanship. He’s also super knowledgeable of the condo and townhouse complexes and can advise on things like sound transfer between units, quality of the finishings etc.
From start to finish Simon and his assistant Paula went above and beyond and offered support that exceeded any expectations we may have had. From helpful videos to important reminders, packing lists and friendly touches they left no detail uncovered.
