Its All in the Details with Pete! Pete has been amazing to work with in dealing with the sale of our townhouse and purchase of our new home. We are an extremely busy family with 3 young kids, and Pete went above and beyond at each step of selling our townhouse to the interaction and purchase for our new home. Even though we know that Pete has several clients, we felt that we were his only client. This was due to his outstanding communication and client service skills! He was very quick to respond to our many questions and was very prompt at answering e-mails. Pete was also very knowledgeable in the details of selling and purchasing our home, even recommending an excellent home inspector and following up with us throughout the legal process. Pete was amazing throughout the whole process of buying my first home! At the beginning, we communicated by email and he always responded really quickly and had lots of helpful information. There was a lot I didn't know going into this but Pete knew it all and I completely trusted him. When I was ready to start looking, he put together an afternoon of places, saving the best for last. I fell in a love with a great little condo in the Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. It was a little out of my price range but Pete negotiated me a great deal, I couldn't really believe it when they accepted haha. He hooked me up with mortgage people and even made sure I knew about the insurance I needed and gave some suggestions. Even now, after I've moved in, he's still helping me out with some questions here and there. Pete goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone!

I found Pete online and sent him an initial email explaining my situation. I was moving to Vancouver from the Northwest Territories and had a very short timeframe to find a place and close the deal. I had very tight search parameters in terms of location and was picky about the type of condos I was willing to look at. From the first email I was impressed with Pete's level of professionalism. I found Pete Shpak after exhaustive online research and comparison with other agents. I needed to sell my home in Vancouver and as I now live and work in California I needed to find someone I could trust to care care of every little detail. I'm impatient, extremely busy and a perfectionist - for some people a nightmare combination! Pete was professional and reassuring from the get go. He answered all my questions and frequently I found that when I had a sudden question that I thought could cause a problem or delay in the listing Pete had anticipated the situation and had solutions. Pete was amazing in helping us with the purchase of our first home. What we appreciated the most was that he wasn't pushy when we didn't know what we wanted and allowed us time to figure it out, but once we found something we liked he jumped right in with both feet to help secure the place.
