Gavin has been a lifelong resident of the North Shore and, along with his wife and two children, is proud to call Pemberton Heights his neighbourhood. A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Gavin started his career in banking working for both RBC and Vancity as a personal banker. It was in that capacity that he developed his understanding of mortgages and the real estate market. Understanding that your home will be your single biggest investment, this background in personal finance has given him keen insight towards helping home buyers make an informed decision.

Gavin is not just a Realtor on the North Shore - he is a resident. Over the years he has given a portion of each and every sale to the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation. He has also been a community soccer coach for over a decade.

He feels fortunate that is he part of a vibrant community in Pemberton Heights and supports efforts such as the Canada Day Picnic, Meet Your Neighbour events at the Corner Stone, the Christmas Kris Kringle tea, as well as sponsoring multiple fundraisers for Capilano IB Elementary.
