The TLDR: If I am ever looking to buy or sell again in the greater Vancouver area I will call Gavin and Nova. No question. I started working with Gavin almost a decade ago to buy in the lower mainland and then he and Nova helped me navigate the craziness of trying to sell when we listed about 3 days before the lockdown happened in 2020 - I can't imagine going through such a strange time to sell without their patience and support. While we put that sale on hold in 2020 due to the rather unexpected conditions (!), in 2021 we kicked off the process again and made a very successful sale. I have recommended them to others who have also benefitted from Gavin and Nova's experience and skills. And on top of it all, they're just good people :)

Nova and Gavin were phenomenal to work with. From start to finish, Nova was there to provide her expertise in the sale of my home. Nova clearly explained the sales process, what needed to be done to stage the home emphasizing the positive features to potential buyers. Nova's knowledge of the market was right on, from what the list price should be to what the house would sell for. We had over 60 viewings in 1 week and Nova was there for each one. On the day we were accepting offers ( we had 4) I was in Ontario attending a funeral. Nova reviewed all the offers and provided the pros and cons of each, I accepted one of the offers while in Ontario to complete the sale. I found it comforting knowing that Nova was managing the sale of my home while I was away. Overall I found Nova to be very professional, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent communications throughout the sale of my home.

Nova and Gavin are top notch. I started just *thinking* about selling my condo and trying to buy a house 4 years ago and Gavin was supportive and non judgemental about my very non-committal looking. When my search became serious in the last year or so, Nova was out there pounding the pavement, driving to all the corners of Vancouver (during COVID no less!), and calling me whenever I emailed. I don't think she ever took a day off! Nova talked me through the offers, the counter offers, the subjects, and was there with a bottle of wine when I finally got the keys! I've recommended them to friends and, while I absolutely never want to move again, if I have to, I sure hope Nova and Gavin are around to do that with me.

I would highly recommend Gavin and his team for the initial search, the negotiations and closing, and for post-sale service. Last year, we decided to move back to Canada after many years in the States. Gavin came recommended to us by a realtor in Victoria known for his client-focus, smarts, and integrity and whom I had asked to suggest a Vancouver realtor with the same traits; he could not have steered us better. Gavin was incredibly helpful to us months before we had committed to a move, explaining the various areas to consider around the greater Vancouver area, and setting up computer searches for us a few months out so we could get a feel for the Lower Mainland. When we finally arrived in the Fall to look at North Shore houses, we were on a very tight deadline as we had had to do the 14-day quarantine first. Gavin could not have been more responsive, springing to get us in to see homes and helping us analyze their pros and cons with his local knowledge and expertise. We found a home we loved, with some unusual circumstances, and Gavin could not have been any better at driving the negotiations to a swift conclusion, helping us understand issues that might be unfamiliar to those doing a cross-border move, and protecting us from any problems. He was super responsive and timely with everything, despite the very condensed time frame. And Gavin and Nova really shone post-sale. They were always available for any questions we might have in the 4 months before the home closed, and for handling items on our behalf. For instance, we needed internet and a/v set up before we arrived for our post-border-crossing 14-day quarantine and his team made themselves available to meet a slew of technicians to ensure the house was ready for our arrival. Gavin has continued to help with recommendations and the few questions we have had as we settle in our lovely new neighbourhood.
