Karin is a fantastic realtor. I was out of town and she took charge of the apartment and the whole sale process. She’s extremely professional, knows the real estate process, as well as the real estate and design communities, and what ‘look’ sells. She took one look at the apartment, suggested moving a couple of things and recommended a mini ‘budget’ staging. She then brought in a designer for a few ideas, and selected some key décor items from the Home Ingredients warehouse and placed them throughout the apartment. The pictures were outstanding. Karin has her own strategy for promoting and showing apartments which definitely works and shortens the whole process. In addition, she manages the bid process like a truly seasoned professional. On top of all this Karin is a delight to work with. She’s extremely nice and perceptive, answers emails promptly, attends meetings on time and exudes a quiet confidence that makes you feel comfortable. I sincerely recommend Karin. She's great!!

Karin is amazing. I recently sold my condo, and then purchased another, and she was there every step of the way to make sure that things went as smoothly as possible. Well before listing my place, she came over and spent some time with me explaining the process, going over a plan, and giving me an estimate of what I could get in the current market. She understood the worry and fear I had about selling first and then searching, but she worked with all the details to make sure that it all worked out perfectly. She if very knowledgeable about what to look for in strata documents to make sure you are aware of what you are buying into. And she is a great negotiator...which you want on your side! She was always willing to answer any questions I had, no matter how ridiculous, and I really appreciated that. This process is stressful even when it all goes well, and Karin made sure to remove as much of that stress as possible. She is a true professional and a lovely, kind person.
