I had the unique pleasure of working with Brian and Colton when I sold my Yaletown Condo this past November 2019. They were absolutely incredible to work with. They had strong knowledge of the area, the community, the state of affairs of the Vancouver marketplace and always went above and beyond in everything they did. They had frequent open house showings for my property and always contacted me after each showing to give me feedback. He found me a local painter to put a fresh coat of paint on the walls, he called in a flooring guy to see about fixing an imperfection in the hardwood flooring, he worked with me on donating the contents of my unit to worthy organizations, recommended an awesome Canadian accountant to do my closing and he even returned my Telus boxes right before the condo closed. There are no better real estate agents out there, especially in the Vancouver area, and I am so grateful that I got to work with so closely with them.
