We were very particular in the employment of a realtor to handle the sale of our False Creek waterfront condo. Brian had sold a property for our friends and therefore we were well aware of his abilities. Many other conversational details enabled us to agree on a reasonable price. He managed showing to prospective buyers as if the property was personally his own.
