Eric has shown me that owning a home in Vancouver doesn't have to be an impossible dream. My wife and I are in our 30s, have two kids and rent our home. We have good jobs but aren't close to being able to afford a place in Vancouver, where we live. We don't have family money to help with a massive down payment so we need another strategy if we want to (ever) own something in the city. This is why we love working with Eric. Eric has helped us build equity even while we rent. Here's how. He helped us buy a small investment property outside Metro Vancouver and rent it out. Our tenants cover the mortgage and property tax, with a little left over, allowing us to build equity even though we're renters ourselves. We recently purchased a second property, also with Eric, so we can build equity faster. It's a long game, but after watching from the sidelines for 10 years as real estate prices climb it's great to have a shot at eventually owning the place where we live. Owning a home in Vancouver is possible with a good investment strategy and the right advice. It's sad that a two-income household isn't enough on its own, but it is what it is and we can choose to either do something about it or not. Eric has helped us do something. I recommend giving him a call to chat about a strategy for building equity even if you're a renter. Maybe it helps you get into the Vancouver market, maybe it just helps offset the cost of renting and plan for retirement, but either way it's 100% worth a conversation.

I found Eric through a recommendation from a friend and he didn’t disappoint in finding me the perfect investment property. Despite buying a unit some distance away that I would never actually visit, Eric provided me all the information I needed to make an informed investment decision.
