An excellent experience! As an out of town seller, Patti’s guidance made the whole selling process easy and seamless. Patti Martin & Zach Zhang never gave up on us. They helped us into our first home, which in this Vancouver market is as tough as it gets. We were not million dollar home buyers or backed by big money; just a small family looking for a place to call home and raise a kid. We initially chose Patty because she was in Richmond and we thought that was where we would end up, but despite some great places we ended up right near where we lived before.
