After launching his real estate career in 2004 with the successful sale of SOMA Lofts in Mount Pleasant, Chris was hooked. Born and raised in Vancouver, Martin is a proud Vancouverite who has been part of the community in several capacities all of his life. First finding the love of interacting with people in the Food & Beverage industry, while working alongside his late father Jean-Claude and uncle Umberto Menghi, Martin then attended UBC and started his Real Estate career shortly thereafter in 2009.

Martin's work with Bastion Development has given him the rare opportunity to experience and be a part of the process of building whole new communities from concept to completion such as Coast at UBC, The Pulse, 3333 Main, Proximity and Opsal at South False Creek.
