Born and raised in this amazing city, Chris and his family love everything that Vancouver and the surrounding areas have to offer, from Skiing and paddleboarding to hiking and playing in the parks to cafés and eating out, this city really has everything and active family could wish for.

At young age, Chris has had a passion for sales, architecture, and design and has been influenced by all his travels from spending time at high school in New Zealand to trips to Europe in the summer with his parents and competed professionally in Snowboarding around the globe. He has studied at UBC, SFU, BCIT and Capilano College along with 12 years in the hospitality industry from sales to marketing to throwing large event.

Chris started his real estate career in 2004 selling SOMA LOFTS in the Uptown Mt. Pleasant hood and instantly fell in love with it. Chris takes great pride in working with his clients and believes in helping individuals, couples and families attain their real estate goals.

MARTIN RAMOND

Born and raised in Vancouver, Martin is a proud Vancouverite who has been part of the community in several capacities all of his life. First finding the love of interacting with people in the Food & Beverage industry, while working alongside his late father Jean-Claude and uncle Umberto Menghi, Martin then attended UBC and started his Real Estate career shortly thereafter in 2009.

Martin's work with Bastion Development has given him the rare opportunity to experience and be a part of the process of building whole new communities from concept to completion such as Coast at UBC, The Pulse, 3333 Main, Proximity and Opsal at South False Creek.
