Pedro was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and together with his family, they immigrated to Vancouver in '96. Real Estate has always been a part of Pedro's life being that his parents were successful REALTORS® for over 20 years and also owned their own Real Estate brokerages, both in Rio and Vancouver.

Pedro was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and together with his family, they immigrated to Vancouver in '96. If you're a first time home buyer and the whole process feels daunting, I would highly recommend the Gomes Group, especially if you get to work with Cade. I came into this task with almost no knowledge on how to proceed but both Cade and Pedro basically guided me through the whole procedure from beginning to end. They explained everything from step one with great detail or helped summarize important keypoints when I asked for that. There was no point where I felt like they were pushing me into decisions I wasn't comfortable making or where they were inconvenienced at all with my random questions in the late evenings. I have a crazy shift work schedule that they happily worked around as well. They also had busy schedules but they still basically worked around the clock to get me any documents I needed in a timely fashion. Give these guys a shot. You won't regret it.
