She was so knowledgeable and was there to answer all our questions, any time, no matter how big or small. She also made me feel at ease when I was nervous about the big purchase, but was not pushy at all and helped me to come to my own conclusion with confidence. I would highly recommend her.

Kate is amazing! Actually, Kate is beyond amazing! We recently bought a new home, and sold our current home and Kate was with us from start to finish.
