I had been looking at getting into the real estate market for the past year and finally decided to begin work towards buying a condo. My best decision for this whole process was to contact Blake and get his help. He was supportive, understanding and profesional. He has been available whenever I had any concerns or dumb questions. Since I am a first time homebuyer the entire process is daunting enough, I felt comfortable with having him guiding me through everything. The Chancey team were amazing in helping us find our first home. We had 0 knowledge when it came to buying a new house or things to look for when buying. We were all amazed by the bells and whistles of some of the open houses we went to but then they showed us that pretty doesn’t necessarily mean well built. We learned so much from them. Then when we actually found our dream home, they made the purchase process so simple. Being out of the country a lot for work, they managed to get all the documents to me and involve me in every step. I cannot recommend them enough.

When looking to sell for the first time, I wanted to go with someone that I knew personally, and Blake was my first choice. He went above and beyond in his efforts to present and sell my place, resulting in a quick sale, and then helped to win a multiple-offer situation on my first-choice when buying. Blake was consistently reachable throughout the whole process, and promptly solved any issues that arose. I've recommended Blake to several family members who have since bought and sold through him, and they have all been completely satisfied as well. I will continue to recommend Blake to anyone who is looking for a solid, knowledgeable realtor!

I wrote the review below, when Linda and Bob to help us with finding our home in 2011. Given how wonderful our experience was with them, there was no question, we would request their services when we made the decision to move again in late 2020. We so appreciate Linda's calm, efficient approach. She put us in touch with a great stager (Elle) to advise on how to show our home off, and then proceeded to negotiated an awesome price for our home. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she organized viewings of new homes on a moment's notice and suggested those she thought we should see. We have ended up purchasing a wonderful home to move to. Linda is the best combination of 'wise counsellor, savvy business person and friend'.
