I can't say enough to describe how amazing Tim has been in helping us find our first home. Before I first met Tim, I was a bit skeptical (just my nature), but the minute we had our first meeting, I felt confident in our decision to work with him. He's genuine, approachable, understanding and very good at what he does. I rarely warm up to anyone so fast. Throughout the process of finding out home, he was patient. My husband and I are picky but he was supportive throughout and never pushed anything on us. He was usually the first to point out any faults within the home. When we finally found the home we were looking for all along, he made the whole process easy to understand and less anxiety provoking. Overall, he communicates well and in a timely manner. When he isn't around, he always has a fabulous team to back him up (shout out to Laiton and Laurie - both fabulous people that contributed to our experience).
