Tim, it was truly a pleasure working with you! Being first-time home buyers, we were unsure of a lot of things (most everything, actually) - but with Tim's knowledge and experience, also his many connections, we were able to fit all of the pieces together and end up with our first home! And not only our first home, but one that we truly couldn't be happier with. Tim wasn't in any way pushy and didn't have any hidden agendas. He walked us through our viewings, gave us all of the important or most pertinent information, and allowed us to have the space we needed in order to know whether or not the place was right for us. One of the key points I need to mention comes from a simple two word reply Tim would often text us, which was, "stand by." Whenever something would come up that needed clarification, or any type of pressing issue, Tim would immediately start working on the problem, which helped a great deal in alleviating any extra stress during what can already be a stressful process. Thank you for that, Tim - it was something that we really appreciated and helped us feel much more comfortable knowing that you would always do your best to not only find an answer, but to find the best possible outcome. Amazing realtor, I was a first time home buyer and I was pleased to work with Tim and his team. I will definitely be calling him for future real state transactions. Tim and his team worked with us for a 3 year period, and was patient and never pushy. Before we began our search, Tim sat with us an explained with detail what the actual process of buying a home looks like. He explained financials, cost, and timelines. During the actual search Tim was supportive, him and his team answered all of our questions promptly, when they could not answer the questions, they contacted the selling realtor with haste. Tim always provided us great advice, his knowledge of real state in the area is great. During our search we took a pause because the market was not in our favour, Tim was understanding and gave us some space. When we were ready to start our search again he welcomed us back with enthusiasm, and worked with the same energy as before. Once our offer was accepted, Tim also was great at providing a time line and expectations on what we needed to do next. He suggested great providers for home insurance, lawyers and inspectors. Of course you can use your own, but the he provided great referrals. We had a great experience with Tim, I would highly recommend, I have referred my father as a client.

This is a long overdue review for Tim. We cannot emphasize how much he goes above and beyond for his clients. This is the second time we used his services and he did not disappoint. We bought our first home with him back in 2020. Buying our first home was a huge decision. It was so overwhelming but Tim was there to answer all our questions and ease our minds. Four years later, we decided to use Tim again to sell our condo and upgrade to a new home. We thought buying our first home was stressful! There were so many factors that were out of our control but having Tim's adaptability and expertise in the real estate market made everything seamless. He is a true advocate for his clients and we always felt like Tim was behind us and on the same page every step of the way. I have worked with Tim as my realtor for a purchase back around 2011 and for sales in the past and just recently. Tim is trustworthy (very important), effective, and hard working as your realtor, with your best interests in mind. I was hoping to complete this last sale quickly and he was able to organize all the photography, floor plans, virtual tours, etc to get the listing posted within 5 days, and we reached an accepted offer just a couple of weeks later.

My initial interactions with Tim were satisfactory. He was pleasant and professional, always returning my calls in a timely manner. The MLS listing copy, part of the pre-sale preparation, was poorly written and generic and required several requested edits and refinements. The drone photos did not illustrate the location of the property relative to the rest of the neighbourhood. After signing the realtor’s contract, his assistant sent me an email saying weekly updates would be provided - that never happened. As the days, weeks and months passed, I found Tim’s overall approach and communication reactive rather than pro-active. I’m always wary of people who say, as Tim did a couple of times, how hard they work and how many hours they put in each day. My uncle’s home was sold after three months on the market. Among the first things I heard from Tim’s office was a request by his assistant to fill out a form and leave Tim a positive review so that he would maintain his 5-star rating. After almost two months following the completion of the sale, I had not received as much as a call of thanks, a thank you card nor any kind of appreciation gift for retaining Tim. As selling a home is a major undertaking involving significant realtor’s commissions, this bothered me, so I reached out. Tim replied, that in lieu of a thank you gift for clients following the sale of a property, he donates to the Children’s Miracle Network on their behalf. He said, “This is my way of giving back to something meaningful while thanking you for your business.” This practice was never outlined during our initial contractual discussions and as a former sales professional myself, I found this response totally inadequate. Company contributions to any charity is commendable, but can never replace a sincere, genuine, and personal gesture of thanks to a client after receiving a significant sales commission. If you’re looking for a realtor who exceeds your expectations and understands the importance of exceptional customer service, I would take my business elsewhere.

Tim was recommended to me by my mortgage broker. I was told he was "the best" and he truly was!! I was in a last minute rush to get a place and he was on it! What gave me a lot of confidence in him was that my texts and emails were always acknowledged promptly. Even if it was after hours or his days off he would touch base quickly and schedule a time to chat. I was never left in the dark! He was also able to answer literally all my questions and provided extra resources to help. Negotiating offers seemed very fair to me. Once all was settled he continued to check in periodically to see if I had any questions/concerns. Tim made buying my first home a very positive experience!
