Shawn and Mike are an amazing team and are very easy to work with. They're great listeners and patiently answered all of my questions. They really think about all the details you would never think of, and make things easy for you. They took beautiful pictures of my home which helped me get top dollar. If you're reading this, you found your realtor. Mike is very knowledgeable, precise and professional and he knows Vancouver housing very well. He advised us which condo building is 'real' concrete, steel and wood frame buildings. He gave us great advice on which property to look out for and which condo buildings to steer clear from (special levies and major deficiencies - which is very very important!!!!), he basically asked us what our plans are in 2-5 years and align what condos best suited our lifestyle. Do we need a gym? Do we need a pool?  Do we like walking or running? Is location really that important? Do you care about noise or no noise? These things add up to your monthly maintenance fees. Brad and I are both very happy and very impressed and we trust him. He gave us an educational step by step on what to do and what not to do with our renovation. These things are very important. I strongly recommend Mike and his team. They have a solid real estate background.
