Bronwyn is 100% the real estate agent you want! She has excellent instincts, is hard working, reliable, fast, contactable, and gives thoughtful advice. We first engaged Bronwyn to help us buy a 2 bed condo in the Kensington Point area. She gave great advice about the apartment and the area and moved quickly to get us the place before other offers went in. More recently, in September 2022 Bronwyn helped us sell the condo in record time (1 day on the market!) and buy a 3-bed duplex. Bronwyn did an incredible job operating on a very tight timeline. She got our condo photographed and on the market within a few days of us reaching out, and put out amazing promos for it. She was on the phone with us at all hours, fielding contract negotiations for both properties, drafting ‘subject to’ clauses to protect our interests, and getting the documents drafted and signed. She knows the Vancouver market extremely well and operates well with the other side’s agents. She also coordinated everything well with our mortgage broker (Katy Mackenzie) and notary (David Watts Notaries). We would definitely use Bronwyn (and Cassie, who worked with her) again and recommend her to our friends.

I am a realtor in Laguna Beach that sent Mike a referral for Squamish. My clients had previously used another agent- their property sat in the market during the covid peak. Sherry helped me to purchase my very first home! As you can imagine, I was a little nervous making such a huge decision, but I never felt rushed or pressured with Sherry, she was patient and extremely efficient at setting up as many viewings as I needed. I was actually surprised that I found something within less than a month, as I had thought that it would take longer, but sometimes when you see something that you know fits, it just works! Back in summer of 2018, I purchased an apartment unit through Sherry and became a first time home owner. I'm happily living in this unit ever since. Without any hesitation, I'll say that it was my best purchase ever! Few years ago, friends/coworkers around me were gradually buying places, which gave me an idea to get one as well. I started with the place which I have had no ideas what I exactly want, what is affordable and first of all how does the entire process works. Basically, I didn't know where to start... so I asked people around me to introduce me a realtor. Before meeting Sherry, I worked with four other realtors. Each of them had some thing off which made me question, such as being not very responsive or keep giving me information about too expensive units or being very pushy etc... I was almost starting to think that maybe this is how realtors are, I'm the one to compromise. Then, one of my friend introduced me to Sherry. From the first time we met, I instantly liked her. She was very friendly and welcoming yet professional at the same time. I felt safe asking all the questions even the super basic ones and she answered me in details. House hunting is lots of work. Open houses are only held during limited hours which makes you to go check multiple places in a rush. My other issue was that I unfortunately didn't have a high budget. At one point I felt drained, started to consider buying units which "I like but not enough to love" thinking that for my budget this could be the best, I have to face the reality and compromise. Sherry was the one to stop me, reminding me what I was initially looking for and reassuring me that it's normal to spend time on house hunting. One day, she sent me an information of the unit which was in between the areas I was in search of. To be honest, I never considered that area, plus the photos didn't look that great so I wasn't sold. She convinced me to visit anyways and I ended up doing so. As a surplus, when I checked out the unit, I fell in love with it. The actual unit looked way better than the photos and the neighborhood was AMAZING! I got this feeling of "clicking" I just knew that it was what I was looking for. She helped me under bid it, we were able to get a good deal. I really really appreciate her to help me through this incredible journey and will strongly recommend her to the others :)

We were unhappy in our current place as we desperately needed a third bedroom and we had the crazy idea of talking our in-laws into selling as well and buying a larger house we could move into together. This required us to sell two houses and find a third that worked for our unique situation. I knew Mike from last time we bought and there is no one else I would have trusted to take this on. We just moved into an amazing house in a great neighbourhood with a large laneway for the in-laws and I am certain that this would not have worked out without the skill, dedication and real caring from Mike and Jessica. Mike gave us prescient advice on the market, talked us through numerous breakdowns due to the stress of it all, and kept pulling rabbits out of hat, selling both houses well over asking in challenging circumstances and somehow talking the seller into accepting our offer over a developers despite coming in several thousand dollars under. We met Jessica through this process and were equally blown away by her work ethic and compassion. Jessica and Mike worked seamlessly as a team quickly addressing all of our requests big and small. I have and will continue to recommend Mike and Jessica to all my closest friends and family. They feel like family and have earned my trust many times over.
