I was especially impressed with her when we had an open house for my Yaletown condo a few years ago. I had exactly one month for listing the place, selling the place, and closing. Within one week, the place was professionally cleaned, staged, and transformed into a beautiful space and it was all orchestrated by Jessica. And she did all of this with a smile. Looking for a new place with her was also fun because every time we went out to check out places, she educated us on different things. She is knowledgeable and her experience in this field is invaluable. She was always availble for phone calls(often I wondered if she was getting any sleep at all), emails, and texts, and her enthusiasm never wavered from the beginnign to the end. She never pressured us to make any decisions and her patience was greatly appreciated by me and my husband. I don't think there is anyone out there who could have done a better job than Jessica at finding us our new home. It was almost 3 years ago when my husband and I moved into our new home, but we both know that Jessica is still just a phone call away ready to answer any of our questions at any time.
