We just recently went through the process of purchasing a presale home and selling our first home because it was time for us to get a bigger space for our growing family. What we thought would be a stressful and tedious process, Michelle made it the exact opposite for us and we could not be more grateful. From the very beginning when we were just casually looking at new places, Michelle never hesitated to answer any of our questions. When the time came to make a move on a new development, she was so on top of everything to make the purchasing process seamless and did everything in her power to get the best negotiations for our new home. When it was time for us to start thinking about listing our place, the thing we appreciated most about her was that she truly listened to our needs and respected our timeline or ideal scenarios. With three little children in mind, Michelle always accommodated our schedules. Whether it was scheduling the showings on days it was easier for us to get the place organized, or having our meetings late in the evening after all the kids were sleeping, she was always willing to do what worked best for us. After we agreed on a listing strategy, we got our place ready for the listing photos and Michelle did a wonderful job staging it and the photos turned out amazing. Then, she hosted four showings and completely blew our expectations out of the water when she had over 40 appointments lined up. After the two weeks, we had multiple offers and at the end of it all, we got over-asking price! Not only that, but we got the highest price per square foot sale since last year! Michelle is someone who genuinely cares about her clients and knows how to take care of them. She’s incredibly attentive, communicative, resourceful, organized, strategic...and honestly the list could go on. But the combination of her knowing how to get the job done and caring so much about her clients is what makes her the most trustworthy realtor to work with. Kind and attentive to my needs (There were a lot) and was able to answer any questions I had regardless of time of day. He was patient and did not push any properties on to us and let us choose what we wanted when we wanted. He was very organized and was literally with us every step of the way, from moving, junking, finding temporary storage- everything. He also well connected with all sorts of people in different industries. Jessica and her team made the our selling and buying experience simple, smooth and stress free! We were provided a step by step guide on the entire process and felt very supported on one of the biggest decisions of our lives. We decided to list our apartment in the beginning of October and it sold very quickly at the highest price per sq ft compared to similar listings at the time. We were also able to move into our dream townhome in December. The team works fast without any comprise on quality. We can’t thank the team enough and highly recommend their services.
