In February 2016 we decided to sell our wonderful house in White Rock and look for a new home. We came into contact with Drew through recommendations in the neighborhood. In short – Drew exceeded our wildest expectations by far. He advised us with the layout of the house to be sold by contacting an interior designer. The house sold within 2 weeks and we exceeded our market price due to Drew’s superb and professional marketing skills. Now we needed a new home! Despite a difficult buyer’s market, Drew quickly found a new home for us in Cloverdale in a warm and friendly neighborhood. Since we could not move in straight away, we needed a rental place for 3 months to bridge the move. We expected that we would have to stay in a hotel for a few weeks. Drew managed the impossible and organized a rental house for us – again with a great landlord and a good neighborhood. Our new home required a lot of renovations and Drew went all the way to get the best contractors with highest standards.
