I would personally highly recommend Gary Serra Real Estate, I specifically worked with Pravin Khara whom was top notch. I met Pravin at an open house he was hosting and we started casually talking about the market and sharing some insights with me. In closing he provided me his contact info and suggested if I was looking for extra info to reach out. A few months later I did reach out to Pravin for some info and he was really prompt in providing the requested info. From there going forward I would reach out to him more often to gather more information and slowly increase my knowledge of the market & trends. What struck me most about Pravin was how he was not a high pressure intense "buy buy buy" realtor, he took the time to get a feel for what I was looking and show me options that matched. He would also show me some other places to consider and what the benefits were which in the end helped shape exactly what I was looking for. Further, he was quite candid and would tell me point blank if he thought a place was no good, over priced, is gonna sell in 2 days for $100k over asking (so don't get attached). In the end, nearly 6 months later we found a place that hit almost all the boxes. He facilitated me viewing it before an open house and was able to get the deal closed under asking within 24hrs.
