A colleague referred me to Gary and told me he was impressed with the details, and the patience Gary had with his first purchase. I wanted to relocate and saw a very desirable development. This is our review for real estate agent Sylvia who is an associate of Gary's team. We actually found Sylvia on our own during an open house towards the end of last year during the peak of the condo craze in downtown Vancouver. I was immediately drawn to Sylvia because of her enthusiastic behaviour... after the open house; Sylvia had contacted us as a follow up as a potential buyer. I noticed her drive and persistence was something that was needed in the crazy condo market if we had any chance of buying anything. Months later here we are finally - we now have purchased our first condo in downtown, we got EVERYTHING we wanted. And even got the condo 22k below asking price because of tactics Sylvia used during the negotiation. In today's market that would never happen, even our lender couldn't believe it when we went to them with the sale of contract. Thank you Sylvia for all your hard work over the last few months, your determination is something to be admired. I know sometimes it wasn't easy because I'm not the most patient and I'm super stubborn. But you hung in there!
