In 2003 Mylyne became a licensed realtor and licenced Mortgage broker. She hit success very early on, after closing 52 deals (Sold homes) in her first year of Real Estate and 2004 she was awarded Rookie of the year. Year after Year Mylyne has been awarded and ranked as one of the top 10% most successful realtors by the Fraser Valley/ Greater Vancouver Board.

Also as an experienced real estate investor, she began investing in real estate properties in her early 20’s and by her mid 20’s successfully purchased 10 properties of her own. As a result Mylyne deeply understands the needs of her clients, from personal experience she advises on best methods to consider when building wealth through real estate, as well as common mistakes to avoid when buying or selling property.
