We worked with Mylene to sell our condo. In the past we had worked with 2 realtors as buyers and we are happy to say that our search for a good realtor is over with Mylyne now. She is a unique combination of meticulous, professional and strategic mindset that puts her clients best interest first in any scenario that may arise. The Best negotiator I have met. We had a bit of delay in selling but Mylyne and her team showed the unit a few weekends and weekdays as required…and didn’t let us take low ball offers. The earlier realtor we had worked with was ready to just throw away at whatever price we got. Everything about this team is so well managed and organized…quick replies, hand holding, answering silly questions…even late in the day, superb photo op and marketing…helping us with having the unit cleaned. We just moved out and everything was taken care off. Come offer time, Mylyne has a pulse on the market, ear to the ground, no silly games, amazingly sharp with numbers, knows the right price, has the patience…all you need to do is show trust and hold your line. This team rocks! Full service from start to finish from the whole team especially their amazing assistant Nancy. Communication was always there, answered all my (stupid) questions and they walked me every step of the way. Not only did the sell my condo at a record amount in the complex, but they also moved me into an amazing townhouse complex by winning against multiple offers!
