We met Erin by stumbling into a random open house one day for fun. We weren't really looking for a house at the time but was bored one day and saw a beautiful house online so we thought, why not have a look? When we arrived we were greeted by Erin, who was right off the bat very personable, but also gave us our space to look around. After looking at the property we got to have a chat with Erin which turned out to be the start of a great relationship. After connecting with Erin, we told her that if we were looking, this is what we would be looking for. The plan was to get into a bigger space but we needed to be in the place we just bought for a couple more months before we could think about getting another. Erin had set us up at our request to look at some townhouses she thought might suit our style and needs as well as budget. She always was respectful of the price point we needed to stay at. We were out of town buyers and anytime we wanted a showing, Erin would get on it ASAP with facetime and as many videos as we asked. She even would drop everything to show our friend the property we wanted to look at. We looked at many different houses, and not long after, one came around that was perfect. Even if we looked at 3 other ones in the complex first! She never left any questions unanswered. We would recommend using Erin to anybody looking to buy a house and will definitely be using her again in the near future.
