With over 25 years in sales, a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, and a strong background in both residential and film construction, Collis offers a practical, knowledgeable approach to buying and selling homes across the city.

His time in the film and residential construction industries honed a unique skill set built on attention to detail, project management, and design sensibility, all of which now serve his clients in meaningful ways. This background naturally led to his passion for renovating older homes and helping others uncover the hidden potential in properties often overlooked.

Collis' personal real estate journey is one of grit, patience, and vision. After nearly a decade of saving, he purchased his first property, a 100+ year-old tear-down in New Westminster, and transformed it into a stunning blend of heritage charm and modern function. From there, he moved into a townhouse in East Vancouver, before taking on another major project: an aging home near the PNE, which he has spent the last few years completely overhauling, including the addition of a legal suite. Every project was a product of hard work, creativity, and strong relationships with trusted tradespeople.

Today, Collis works with clients navigating similar paths, whether buying a fixer-upper, find your first apartment, selling a character family home, or looking for an investment. His deep understanding of construction, design, and Vancouver’s neighbourhoods makes him both a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator.

A proud father to a newborn son, Collis balances his professional life with his love for skiing, tennis, hiking, cooking, and exploring BC on his BMW touring motorcycle.
