With over 25 years in sales, a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, and a strong background in both residential and film construction, Collis offers a practical, knowledgeable approach to buying and selling homes across the city.

After nearly a decade of saving, he purchased his first property, a 100+ year-old tear-down in New Westminster, and transformed it into a stunning blend of heritage charm and modern function. From there, he moved into a townhouse in East Vancouver, before taking on another major project: an aging home near the PNE, which he has spent the last few years completely overhauling, including the addition of a legal suite. Every project was a product of hard work, creativity, and strong relationships with trusted tradespeople.
