When time permits, I also volunteer to help the homeless, and get in a game of bowling or squash. I've been working on a new donation program, where a percentage of all my sales will go to building homes in third-world countries, for those less fortunate.

I met Ron at an open house in false creek where he represented a seller and I was there as a potential buyer. My first impression of him was I thought he was very charming, professional, attentive, and genuinely wanted to help me find a place.
