Greg Paddy is many things— a problem solver, planner and people person, to name a few— all of which make him a fantastic real estate agent. He’s great at staying up-to-date on local real estate trends and he’s a natural networker with an innate understanding of his community. Above all, Greg is an expert at understanding his clients’ wants and needs, and he approaches every professional relationship with pragmatism and open communication.

Before Greg became a real estate advisor, he spent fourteen years working in business development and operations in high-growth corporate environments, including Starbucks New Zealand. Upon moving to Canada, he opened a real estate auction company called Harcourts Canada, where he sold homes “under the hammer” from Vancouver to White Rock to Revelstoke.

As a North Vancouver local, Greg loves his Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood for its vibrant atmosphere and unparalleled community infrastructure. In his spare time, Greg can be found walking his German short-haired pointer, Frankie, doing important quality control at the surrounding craft breweries, and cooking world-class dinners.
