I’m proud to represent Stilhavn on the Sunshine Coast, where I live in beautiful Gibsons with my wife, spirited twins, and our ever-enthusiastic Rhodesian Ridgeback. Drawn to the coast by its highly rated schools, seaside lifestyle, and accessible opportunities for homeownership compared to Vancouver, we made the leap after years of condo living in the heart of the city – a journey you might be considering yourself.

Everyone’s home search is different. For us, the top priority was finding a backyard. Today, our yard is an extension of our home, a place where I work in the warmer months, grow food for our family, and watch our kids play free-range. I’ve even discovered a passion for growing different garlic varieties, including this year’s highly anticipated elephant garlic crop!

Before embarking on my real estate career, I spent years in the music business, a field that honed my skill as a creative marketer and, as some would say, a professionally trained extrovert. From coaching entrepreneurs and artists to serving as executive director of a national charity, I’ve built a career centered on communications, strategy, and helping others succeed. I also teach marketing at BCIT and often draw on these same strategies to showcase your most important asset – your home.

In addition to representing Stilhavn, I am proud to be part of The Rhonda Davis Group, which kicked off 2025 by being awarded Medallion Club Team status. Working closely with Rhonda, who ranks among the top 10% of Greater Vancouver realtors, means that we can guide you on both sides of the water as you make the move to or from The Sunshine Coast.
