I first met Jason in April-May 2023. At that time we were just looking around, identifying potential areas of Greater Vancouver to settle down. He was very patient and calm; we agreed to start search closer to the end of the year, when our preferences are clarified. We got pre-approved in October and that's the time when search started. Jason was very active, joined open houses with us and always expressed his opinion. Very soon we realized that we can always rely on him, his is honest and trustworthy. Furthermore, after our active search we become friends. Finally, end of November we found the place. It was a difficult decision (in terms of purchase - it is a big amount!) but Jason was very supportive and encouraging. We are very glad & satisified working with him.
