Wow, did we ever luck out when we met Frank at an Open House, he answered all our questions and anything he didn't know he got back to us with the answer. We didn't purchase that property but Frank kept in touch from time to time but never with any pressure. Frank cares about his clients needs not the all mighty dollar. Met Frank somewhat accidentally when we showed up to the wrong house listing. However we were so pleased with our first encounter that we continued to work with him through our first time home hunt.
