I had the pleasure of working with Amy Trebelco to purchase my dream home in Vancouver, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Amy was wonderful to work with! She is personable and professional. She did a great job of determining our needs quickly, so she could find properties that would be the best fit for our family. She was way better at this than we were! We really value her attention to detail, negotiation skills, and experience with condo and townhouse stratas. Amy helped me purchase my first home. I was worried about being a first-time home buyer in the crazy market during the COVID-19 pandemic but Amy helped guide me through the ins and outs of the process. She has great knowledge about the areas of Vancouver that I was interested in and provided a lot of insight on the types of properties that would suit my needs. I had to adjust my plans and expectations a few times throughout the process as the market changed quickly but Amy was very patient and understanding. For that, I am very thankful.

I can't say enough good things about Amy. We were first time buyers. She helped us buy a condo in a very competitive market and we absolutely love our home and stayed within budget. Amy is personable, knows the market and has integrity. She never pressured us, was always honest and we wholeheartedly trust her. She is a professional and very experienced. She wants her clients to buy the property that they want, but will also be honest, pointing out issues with buildings when she sees them. She comprehensively reviewed strata documents on multiple properties for us, making sure we knew about upcoming expenses and pointing out foreseeable issues that we would have missed. She also did an extensive analysis to get our bank to agree to a 24 hour turn around on approving a property for financing. We shopped around for our mortgage and when the brokers received the property analysis, they told me that this isn't standard for a realtor to take on this work for a client and that we were very lucky! In a market where everyone has decided to become a realtor, it's hard to find one that isn't just in it for money. Amy was recommended to us by a friend, so we were lucky. I wanted to write this review to help others. Amy is truly a wonderful person and also an exceptional realtor. I hope she likes us, because she's stuck with us as clients for future real estate needs. I HIGHLY recommend Amy and the Mary Cleaver Group!

My partner and I can't say enough positive things about Amy! She made buying our first home so simple and enjoyable - despite all the natural stresses which came with finding our place. She was honest, clear, communicative and helped us stay positive even when it felt like we'd never find the ideal condo. Amy and her assistant Danielle were on point in vetting my townhome prior to purchasing. I trusted them because we share similar values in finding a quality home in Vancouver, such as the property's history, the diligence of the strata, the surrounding community and other intangibles. They're a breath of fresh air when the real estate market in the Lower Mainland is so highly commoditized. I don't need a realtor to have a Hollywood-esque billboard, or to show up in a luxury car. I want to deal with people I could relate with, for example they recommended a home inspector who they hired themselves to inspect their own homes. They covered the expense of a house cleaning before I took possession, and their followups after I've moved in for months was a really warm touch. They're here to build a relationship, not just a commission. There's looking for property, and there's looking for a home. If you want a more wholistic experience I would recommend Amy and the Mary Cleaver to anyone.
