Now on to the next chapter!

Best agent in town!

Hands down, hardest and most caring realtor you will ever meet!

Sarah worked hard to find us the perfect home for our family. We couldn’t be happier with the move to Chilliwack.

I would just like to say I have used Sara a number of times looking at houses she is wonderful very knowledgable of Chilliwack and area, she is a pleasure to deal with. She help me find what I think is the perfect home up in Promontory. Nice quiet small complex perfect for my lifestyle.

Sarah was very knowledgable about the market and great to work with. She has a full time stager who did an amazing job staging our home. Sarah was able to get us a quick sale above asking price.

I first met Sarah when we moving to Chilliwack. She took the time to show me different areas and give me advice on what areas I should likely consider since I didn’t really know anything about Chilliwack. She took me to a few houses to figure out what I was looking for then went and looked at some on her own so I didn’t have to keep driving out. Then I get a call that she’s got the perfect house so I have to come see it ASAP and she was right! Sadly a divorce a few years later forced me to move. She took care of the sale as well as finding me my beautiful townhouse that I live in now! Sarah and her team work hard, are so responsive and helpful!

Totally positive experience in dealing with Sarah and her team that made our sale and move so easy!! Tough to beat in today’s competitive market!!

Sarah is the best person we have found our buying and selling. She has gone above and beyond our expectations. I have recommended her to lots of friends and even strangers. Thank you Sarah and her team for giving us the best service and experience in all our real estate needs. Angela Storey

Believe the hype! Sarah and her team are just as amazing as they appear. Our house was not the most straightforward to sell, but Sarah was unfazed and handled all aspects of our house sale with ease and precision. She got our listing up extremely quickly, surprising us with an early newspaper advertisement, and getting the full listing with pictures up before the weekend began. As a result of her unparalleled work ethic, we had double digit showings on the first weekend, multiple offers over asking, and we accepted the successful offer on the Monday. Compared to how it could have been, the whole process was hardly stressful at all, thanks to Sarah and her team! Angela, the stager, was a true delight to work with. Her wonderful personality and superior skills at beautifying a home made the staging process a fun and enjoyable experience. She made our home look stunning! The photographer took excellent professional photos that complemented Angela’s work. The few interactions I had with the other staff at her office, Caitlin and Katelyn, were also very positive. Her team works together seamlessly to deliver the results you need! It is not too often in your life that you will have the opportunity to work with a proven, world-class talent. Sarah was recently announced as Century 21’s top producing agent: not just in Chilliwack, not just in BC, but in the entire country! And to top it off, this is not even the first time she has earned that top spot! She truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you are buying or selling your home in the Chilliwack area, why would you trust anything less than the best for such an important transaction? Call Sarah today!

Sarah and her team were so helpful in selling our first home and helping us buy our forever home. Our first home sold in 8 days and they made it so easy on us. When we saw a brand new for sale sign on a home we really wanted to see, Sarah got us in to see it within an hour of calling her, hours before it even hit MLS. We wanted to sell and move before school started and we got exactly that, AND into a dream neighbourhood. Thank you so much Sarah, Dustin, Caitlin, Katelyn, and Kelly! You are all awesome! 💜
