She knows the market in Chilliwack very well and laid out a very clear and easy to follow overview of the current market so that I could decide on a competitive price to sell the property. Toop cancels listings, then lists them as New Listing. I have seen this with Toops ads that have been listed for several months. It looks like a new listing instead of a stale dated ad. Very unethical! After Toop signs you up, she let's her underlings do the dirty work while she drives around in her $300,000.00 Mercedes SUV. Customers are under the impression that Toop is dealing directly with your potential buyers. NOT!!! When realtors have expensive billboards everywhere, they are making too much money just for sticking a listing on the internet. That should be a red flag! In fact, other realtors from other companies are responding to the listings Toop places on the internet while Toop sits back and collects the commission. In 2017, we had Toop look at our house which we wanted to sell. Before we signed her up, she told us that she told a prospective buyer that we would sell for less. I said to her that she should never tell people that behind our backs! Suffice it to say, we hired Rosie Binsted of One Percent Realty and sold our property in a few days. We saved thousands of dollars in commission! Don't be taken in by billboards and manipulative advertising!

Sarah and her team are a 6 out of 5 stars! This is our second experience with Sarah and it was even better than the first! She is an absolute professional and offers the most amazing customer service experience. I can't say enough good things about her.
