She’s awesome! Helped me with all of the questions I had before purchase and sales from the 2 units I own(ed). Very detail oriented, with all of the info presented to assist on making the right decision, including upsides and downsides of each option there was. Also, I was able to escape from the market crash because of the interest hike because of her assistance as well. I was thinking to wait for a bit longer for someone to purchase the unit I sold with higher amount, which she insisted I sell with all of the reasons presented in front of me. I was convinced, and she was right! I was able to save up at least 50K ( well… all other units in my buildings had to lower at least 50K to attract buyers for purchase.) thus, I was really grateful of her “persuasion”. She also helped me to solve the dispute between my previous tenants with well manner and both parties were really appreciated of her, because we both got what we wanted in the end.
