Matt is basically superhuman. I have never seen him run, but I am sure he is a fast sprinter. I don't know much about his home life, but I am sure he is an incredible husband and even a better Dad. He doesn't just sell homes, he sells dreams. Using Matt is basically like using a cheat code in a video game. I will tell everyone to use Matt because he is handsome and honest. Also, Matt just told me he could use some referrals in Central Alberta or in the Calgary area. Amen.

I am so glad I stumbled across Matt on Facebook, the timing couldn’t have been better, he rushed right over to look at my house and the next thing you know the sign was up and my house was listed two weeks later. To say that Matt is good at his job is an understatement! It's been a long time since we bought a house and had no experience selling a house and I don't think Matt knew what he was in for when he signed up with us, a husband and wife with 3 kids, looking to upgrade and having two totally different visions for what we wanted in a home. He never made us feel anything less than his most important clients, answering any of our questions or giving advice when needed with his extensive knowledge of anything to do with real estate. I would recommend Matt to anyone trying to sell/buy a house, you won't regret it and will have a laugh or two...or five, along the way! Oh man. Where do we begin! Matt will go way above expectations. No joke. I think he actually loves his job which is weird and wonderful at the same time. He showed us so many houses and we picked the cheapest one. LoL! And he was still excited about it! He may be sort of mentally deranged now that I think about it. Matt was truly excellent! I felt comfortable and confident from our first meeting and that gut feeling was right. When I first met with him, I wasn't sure if I was going to try to sell my house or rent it out (either way, I needed to move due to another job in a different city). I never felt pressure from him in my decision. He was honest with me about the market and I felt like I had a clear picture before deciding to list. He ended up selling my house quickly and in the midst of a pandemic and a lot of uncertainty. In what was a very trying time with many complications, he stepped up and helped make everything happen. He kept me updated all throughout the process and I always knew where everything stood. He didn't pressure any decisions but provided insight and guidance while allowing me to make the decisions that were right for me. I will be recommending him to anyone in my life!

Matt was excellent. Quick to respond to my requests, flexible with his time. He truly went above and beyond to get us into the home we wanted to be in.
