I was born in Hong Kong and lived there for 13 years before moving with my family to Ontario, Canada where I spent 4 years. I moved to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia where I earned my Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Commerce and Economics. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to live and work in such a beautiful city.

In addition to having a degree in Commerce and Economics, I continually update myself with the latest technology in the Real Estate industry, and regularly attend courses and seminars on such topics as legal matters, contract law, the Strata Act, the Residential Tenancy Act, negotiating strategies and Real Estate marketing to name a few. I strongly believe that in order to provide the highest level of service, it is important to keep up to date, or even ahead of the game, when it comes to the Real Estate industry standards, regulations, market trends and training.

I love Vancouver and I love residential Real Estate; although it can be very challenging, it is very satisfying to know that I can serve families and assist them in achieving their real estate goals in life.
