I had 2 agents prior to George. My search started about 3 years ago. I was really frustrated at this point. I didn't know what I wanted but George understood that and was always encouraging. He would just state "We will find you a cute place". I have to give props to his wife as she is very supportive because George is literally available 24/7. He responds every time in a timely manner. Never like I was a bother, even though I must have been with all my questions. George was extremely patient through the entire process. If he didn't know the answer he would find it or get someone who will be able to answer. Every property he showed me he was knowledgeable about because he did his homework prior to the showing. He has a keen eye for catching details during the showing. He is extremely professional in his communications with other realtors. After the purchase some things showed up that George went to bat for me successfully. George has gone above and beyond. When I was too sick George took care of ensuring the repairman was let in and ensured the repairs were completed. There are many stories like this one. I have purchased 3 properties in my lifetime and had multiple agents. NONE OF THEM come close to the experience I have had with George. Not even close. When I buy or sell next, it will be with George!
