He is really good at what he does. He is himself into home construction so he has more insights to share about the house than any other realtor. He looks at the property as you he is buying for himself and would guide you. For any nuances you notice he can give you a ball park amount of the cost benefit and approx figures how much it would take to fix it which is really helpful when comparing houses.
