My husband and I were super newbies in the R.E market, and were not sure if we wanted to go presale or resale. Colby was a wealth of information on helping us through that decision. He gave us all the pro's and con's of both, was very patient and honest with us on all the listings that we saw/wanted to see. He set up super efficient itineraries for all the weekend showings, and followed up with a post showing recap meeting every time. He walked us through the entire process step by step and really put us at ease with quick calls/checkins consistently. It really made the process a lot less stressful for us 1st time homebuyers. Post sale Colby gave us great recommendations for some of the reno's we had done. His background in trades really helped us understand what to watch for during the reno process, and he also helped us with some of the Demo! Not sure if that's standard with realtors, but I think that just goes to show Colby's dedication to his work and his clients. Colby, was a exceptional real estate agent ! Our apartment had a difficult tenant in it and was hard to sell. He helped us not only with the tenant but also with getting it ready for selling. We met Colby by happenstance attending an open house of one of his listings. We didn't have a realtor at that point and were really only casually looking. Colby was engaging and genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for. He is easy to connect with and listens. He reached out to us after his open house and was very proactive in searching out properties for us. At each viewing, he learned a bit more of our likes and dislikes and adapted his search.
