Hi, I’m Kathleen— a Whistler and Pemberton real estate agent passionate about helping people find not just a property, but a lifestyle they truly love.
With years of living, working, and raising a family in this remarkable mountain community, I offer clients an insider’s perspective paired with a calm, professional approach. Before real estate, I built my career in strategic partnerships and client relations with leading North American brands — experience that shaped my commitment to exceptional service, thoughtful communication, and trusted long-term relationships.
Whether you’re searching for a weekend retreat, investment property, family home, or planning your next chapter in the Sea to Sky corridor, I believe real estate should feel exciting, informed, and personal. My role is to guide you through the process with clarity, discretion, strong market insight, and genuine care.
Whistler and Pemberton are truly special places — vibrant, connected communities surrounded by extraordinary natural beauty. It’s a privilege to help clients create a home and future here, and I’d be honoured to help you do the same.
