I've really enjoyed working with Kathleen. The day I met her I told her what kind of buyer I am- I do lots of research in advance, I don't buy on impulse or emotions, and I'm very picky- I know what I want and can't live with. Probably the most important thing Kathleen did was listen to what I said and respect my process, and in doing so, she also brought a professional can-do attitude to our interactions. When the right property came up she was proactive in reaching out to me and getting me in to see the property. We were able to have an offer accepted quickly and close on a tight timeline, and managed to get my existing property quickly on the market as well. My family and I couldn't be more pleased.
