Responses to any enquiries by me were received quickly and clearly. Prior to my son moving in Kathleen checked on the apartment each week for me. Kathleen helped my son and partner move into the property and gave up her own time to help them with getting spare keys cut, transporting luggage etc. There was even a bottle of Champagne waiting for them when they moved in courtesy of Kathleen.
