I had the pleasure working with Michael Van Straaten during the selling and buying of our house to a condo. Being a first time seller, Mike has made the process both for my mother and I so much easier and less stressful during these times, elderly mother couldn't leave the house. Mike was very compassionate and caring along with keeping it real (sold quickly.) Professional and knowledgeable. Buying the right condo was more challenging but again Mike was able to keep me focused and spirits high when places we wanted were sold because of being outbid.
