If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Tsawwassen, I'd highly recommend Stefan. He knows the local market and has a great working relationship with local realtors. Stefan is extremely professional and responsive. If there was a property that he felt wasn't quite aligned to our requirements, he was honest and forthcoming. He also kept on an eye out for upcoming listings and included us on an informative mailer. Although buying a property is a stressful experience, Stefan helped guide us through the process and was incredibly patient in explaining the next steps. He was also highly responsive and detailed as we worked through negotiations to ensure a positive outcome within our parameters (especially rare for a buyer in this sellers market).
